Who holds your details
Educamus Tuition Ltd, registered in Scotland, company number SC698082. Maths Tutor Glasgow is the Glasgow maths service of that company. You can reach the team at [email protected].
What the form collects
Only what a consultant needs in order to call you back and suggest the right tutor:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your area of Glasgow, if you choose to give it
- The maths level your child is working at
- Whether you want home or online tuition
- Anything you write in the message box
Nothing else is captured. There is no hidden profiling, no scoring and no list building.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry. You asked for a call about maths tuition, so the details are used to make that call, to talk through your child's level and to arrange a tutor if you decide to go ahead. They are not used for unrelated marketing and they are never sold or passed to anyone for their own purposes.
Where it goes
The form sends one email. It travels through Resend, the service that delivers it, and lands with Halizona, who run this site for Educamus, who then pass it to the Educamus team. Nothing is written to a database on this website and the site has no login, no account and no stored records.
How long it is kept
For as long as it takes to answer your enquiry, and for the length of any tuition that follows it. If you decide not to go ahead, ask and the enquiry will be deleted.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no JavaScript at all. Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than a third party, so loading the page tells nobody but the host that you visited.
What you can ask for
UK data protection law gives you the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to it being used. Email [email protected] and say what you would like. If you are not happy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
The consultation form is for a parent or guardian to fill in. Please do not send a child's full details on it. A consultant will ask for what is needed on the call.
